Breakfast was included, that was a nice surprise. Also enjoyed the in-room seating area.
Internet access wasn't very private.

This comfortable & convenient hotel has a lot of the amenities that travelers appreciate including free internet access, a living-room-style seating area in the room and complimentary breakfast.

Nice bedding, great continental breakfast included, cooler section in lobby can purchase beer and wine.
Employees working the breakfast did not seem happy, no smiles and some items were running low or they ran out.

Very pleasant hotel in great location, bedding more upscale than most places and nice hot continental breakfast included (just go early).

Very decent accommodation but varied when it comes to staff competency.

Continental breakfast was marvelous; rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed.

The room was comfortable, clean and well-kept. The breakfast offerings were amazing and the breakfast area was always clean, well-stocked and staffed. The staff makes you feel as though you're their special house guest.

Difficult to get to from other side of the highway.

Springhill Suites - Big rooms, filling breakfast, friendly staff and overall great experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel chain again.

Nice breakfast.
Only two computers in noisy lobby. Noisy late nights.

Nice, pleasant, convenient. Have management display signage or pamphlets to ask folks to be quieter at night while in hallways. People like to sleep after 10. Other hotels have this. It was noisy at night.
