Noise levels ruined this stay.

Hotel staff very friendly, clean hotel, good breakfast; however, noise levels ruined my stay. Didn't seem to be much sound deadening in my room - could hear even slightest noises from hallway, room near a frequently used exterior door that seemed loud each time it was opened and closed, a group of what sounded like drunks rough housing in the hallway around 3:00 am for what seemed an extended period of time - I can't imagine that the front desk couldn't have heard it going on - yet I had to call to get them to handle it, and housekeeping was in my opinion excessively loud and disruptive in the morning. One of my worst hotel experiences in recent years. Will not choose to stay at this hotel again. read more

The "suite" appearance to the room with a separate living room.
The TV is located in an awkward position for viewing unless in bed.

I'm very impressed with Springhill Suites. The facility looks classy, the foyer is spacious, the rooms are spacious and non-generic in appearance (a 12 by 20 rectangle). The kitchenette area (sink, refrigerator, microwave) is also a plus. The continental breakfast is one of the more diverse I've seen, but the area does get crowded.

The room was more than expected, very comfortable and livable.
We were interested in the downtown area and it is out several miles away.

We were very happy with our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had much to choose from and it was good. Convenient to the shopping center and the Interstate. No complaints.

It is a little confusing when traveling West on IH74 to access hotel because you need to go through a shopping center.
