The breakfast was outstanding.
There could have been more towels.
This was the best deal we could find in the down town Seattle area in a moderately nice hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The happy hour specials at the bar gave us an affordable dinner and the free breakfast was beyond your average fair. The valet parking rates were comparable to paying to have your car in a lot for 24 hours. We look forward to returning.

The breakfast buffet.
The layout of the breakfast buffet made it difficult to get to food and there was not enough seating.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the shuttle to the West gate mall. The staff was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

It was nice to have a desk to set up the laptop and a swivel flat screen TV.
Rooms could be more spacious.

Fantastic breakfast, good location, not noisy like I had heard.
Crummy views of roof tops.
I had heard that this hotel was noisy - not so. The valet parking was expensive, so we just found a street parking spot (the next day was Sunday, so no meter fees). A great hot breakfast was included. If I'd had more time I might have taken advantage of the free use of 24 Hour Fitness- nice touch.

Very comfortable rooms!
Hotel shuttle service to convention center is by reservation only and not hop on hop off.
This hotel is very nice. It is about 8 blocks from the convention center. Not bad if you like to walk, and most people walk lots in a big city. Their shuttle service is always on time but must be pre-scheduled and only runs every hour on the hour by appointment. In the middle of the busy day traffic is horrible in the city and running more often than hourly is probably impossible but in the evening every 30 minutes should be allowed. The staff is very perfect. The rooms are perfect. The business center is nice but a tad small. The pool is nice but a tad small but the kids had a blast anyway and its indoors. The workout room is nice also. The restaurant is very nice and doubles as a wonderful complementary breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit and all the other usual breakfast stuff. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone just be ready to walk or make sure to learn their shuttle system and their 3 drop off/pickup points and plan ahead. You will be happy. read more

Easy to find good for my safety and comfort.
House keeping was not the best.
Good comfortable rooms large and useful. The view was terrible it was the freeway and the backs of othre building. Baring that it was a very comfortable place to be to rest your head. The breakfast was ok noting fancy but good solid food

Very friendly staff and decent breakfast
Room was filthy.
Desk staff very friendly. Had read about valet parking high fee, so used surface lot next door for a lot less money. Room was very disappointing for a 2.5 star! Drapes had HUGE reddish (like spaghetti sauce) stains on them, empty beer bottle from previoius guest on floor next to chair, and when my teenage son opened up the sofa bed, a large fecal stain (at least 2 ft. round...no kidding) and a huge hole where in the sofa bed mattress! gross! read more
