Very comfortable rooms!
Hotel shuttle service to convention center is by reservation only and not hop on hop off.
This hotel is very nice. It is about 8 blocks from the convention center. Not bad if you like to walk, and most people walk lots in a big city. Their shuttle service is always on time but must be pre-scheduled and only runs every hour on the hour by appointment. In the middle of the busy day traffic is horrible in the city and running more often than hourly is probably impossible but in the evening every 30 minutes should be allowed. The staff is very perfect. The rooms are perfect. The business center is nice but a tad small. The pool is nice but a tad small but the kids had a blast anyway and its indoors. The workout room is nice also. The restaurant is very nice and doubles as a wonderful complementary breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit and all the other usual breakfast stuff. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone just be ready to walk or make sure to learn their shuttle system and their 3 drop off/pickup points and plan ahead. You will be happy. read more

Convenience to and from fwy/lobby bar & restaurant.
Very poor linen towels especially & sheets.
Good Location & amenities. Staff is very helpful. A bit overpriced on overnight parking $ 20.00 a day ! They need new towels !

The television was a bit outdated, compared to the rest of the amenities in the room.

Rooms with wet bat and sitting area.
In general it looked old.
It's a decent place, since everything is expensive in Seattle, I guess its right for the money.

Amazing complimentary breakfast spread.
Better designed and located hotels can be found.
Awkward room layout and distinctly average interiors. Easy access off the interstate but in the boonies for travelers arriving by other modes. Very impressive breakfast buffet is included.

Don't like valet parking - anywhere.
Very nice. Rooms were well laid out, nicely maintained and attractive. I wish all hotels had refrigerators and microwaves - that's just the greatest thing.
