Convenient, friendly staff, good mattress, good value.
Much too noisy due to not having dual pane windows and better insulation.
This hotel is a good value if you are visiting during a major event as I was for the Seattle inauguaral Rock n' Roll marathon. It is adjacent to the Interstate 5 freeway and is noisy at night due to lack of dual pane windows and better insulation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfasts are fair at best. Location is convenient.

We loved having a living area, free breakfast great.
Nothing bad about this hotel - and I'm picky.
This is out hotel of choice now when we travel to Seattle. Easy off and on freeway. Loved kitchenette and living area in room. Free breakfast was great. Free shuttle also. Also had a pool and access to 24 hour fitness. We'll be telling all our friends about this hotel. A-1.

Nice hotel clean.
It was not downtown location.
Very clean good customer service we wanted downtown location this was not downtown. Three woman went to Seattle and I did not feel real safe walking from hotel to downtown and back. When I go on vacation I like to walk.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a large selection of hot and cold items.
At this time, I can't think of anything.
The hotel was modern and attractive and the room was a good size. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found the staff to be friendly.

Their hot buffet breakfast is awesome!
Valet parking at $20 a day.
This is a great hotel. I would rate it 3 star. They serve a great full hot breakfast buffet. The layout of the suite is attractive and very functional. The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. The valet parking at $20 was the only negative but since we were there on the weekend it was easy to find street parking instead.

Beautiful room and very moderate price, great shuttle service.
Room was small though beautifully decorated.
The Springhill Suites was very nice with a shuttle service to all Seattle tourist, shopping, sightseeing areas.

Good breakfast choices and friendly people at desk.
Ice machine on floor not working & only on even floors.
Would not stay for published price, however. The hot tub and pool could have been warmer. But overall was very pleased and would stay again for the price I paid.
