Very clean, great location, terrific supportive staff.
TV sets are some what old, so picture is not that great but okay for casual viewing.

Great place to attend due to nice location and cleanliness of hotel and rooms. Staff is very friendly and very supportive. Breakfast is very good and free. Enjoy free wireless internet in room that works flawlessly. Would strongly recommend this place to any traveler. We stay ever time we come to Phoenix.

Clean, convenient location, and quiet.
Free continental breakfast kept running out of food & the waffles took too long.

Overall the hotel was great, I would go back again. The staff and cleanliness and convenience would make it a good choice!

Superior customer service, always willing to make stay as comfortable as possible.
TV reception was not always clear; should get newer model TVs.

This is a neat hotel that provides excellent customer service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Great location near Arizona Mills and freeways. My wife and I enjoy staying here every time we visit Phoenix/Tempe area, about 4 to 5 times a year.

Close to our appointment.
The hot breakfast was terrible.

The TV is midway between 2 rooms so you had to turn it for viewing of one but not the other. A flat screen on the wall would solve the problem. Coffee pot was falling apart. Stair Master didn't work properly. Exercise room and pool were very basic. The hot breakfast was a joke-always out of food and when it arrived, it was not very good.

Very nice suite for the price. Very helpful staff and they excelled in keeping the place nice and clean. Would recommend to all leisure and business travelers.

Liked everything.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. I would stay at this hotel again no problem.

Close to home.

I was told that the room would have two separate rooms with 2 separate televisions. That was not the case. There was one TV and the room had a narrow wall between the two rooms. They also did not have much for the breakfast. The food was not replaced when people took the last of it. Very little was available when were there to eat.
