Convenient, spacious, quick elevators.
First put us in a smoking room claiming it was nonsmoking but upgraded us when we caught them.

A fine hotel with gracious staff, a silly sculpture in the foyer, where everything works well.

Spacious suite with full size kitchenette.
The front of the hotel is not recessed so loading/unloading is done on the street.

I've stayed here before, and it's consistently clean and comfortable.
Can hear street noise in rooms that front on M Street.

This is my second stay at this hotel and found it consistently good. The location is fairly close to shopping and metro, and the staff is courteous and helpful.

The location was great and very friendly staff.
I booked a suite but there was no door to close off the bedroom.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the St Gregory. It is a lovely boutique hotel so you feel like the staff recognizes you when you come and go. They actually speak to you! For the price it was an excellent choice and I would recommend it to friends.

It was on a corner close to the center of town.
Traffic noise we were put on the second floor.

Poor quality food, the restaurant was noisy the hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
