The hotel has been completely re-done. Stayed here years ago and it is much much better now. Absolutely recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was a business oriented hotel that lacked warmth or personality.

This is a hotel that is clearly designed for conferences, weddings and proms (without very much charm). I was impressed with the array of input jacks for the flat panel TV, to connect video devices and computers to the TV in the room. I ordered room service and was quoted 40 minutes, but the order came in 15 (perhaps the hotel was empty).

Rooms and baths recently renovated. Liked walk-in shower and rain head.
Business Center was pitiful - printer not working, no phone to call for assistance.

The common rooms are dingy and old. The rooms have been recently renovated, but the hotel in general lacks that feeling of polish. The few times I have stayed at this hotel, the room has never once been crisp - I have always found dust lingering on the bedside tables, and the bath surfaces streaked and even sticky on one occasion. The beds are always a little crumpled.
