Very nice breakfast buffet.
Bathroom right at head of bed-not good if one person wants to sleep in and other person is getting up early.

Very nice overall - convenient to airport but not as convenient to downtown.

Very clean, & large rooms.
They said 24 hour coffee in lobby, but when I left
at 4:30 AM, it was cold.

At 3AM in the morning, I thought the hotel was on fire. Loud pounding running, load yelling voices. It was the room next door with about 10-15 young people who apparently just came back from partying. They were yelling, running, laughing, very loudly. I had to call the front desk twice to ask them to do something. I had to leave the hotel @ 4:30 in the AM, so having to be awaken so early in such a disturbing manner, was very annoying. read more

I liked the way the suite was setup.
Bits of bacon at least I think / hope it was bacon, were scattered in the kitchen, on the floor.

My husband and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites one night - our experience with this hotel was great. The setup of the room was perfect for us - he was a bit antsy, so he stayed up and watched TV in the living room area - while I snoozed away in the bedroom. It was nice and quiet, and the outdoor facilities: BBQ Pit, pool, mini basketball court were landscaped nicely and looked inviting. The only negative was a couple of errant pieces of bacon at least I think / hope it was bacon, were found scattered around on the kitchenette floor. read more

Soft beds, great service, great location.
Pillows were too soft. Asked 3 times for 2 more pillows and never got them.

This was the Hampton Inn North Austin. The Stay bridge bumped us due to over booking. We were pleasantly surprised with the Hampton! Will stay there again as we attend the ACL festival every year!

Weird location. No linen service or room cleaning on weekend.

New 4 storey hotel hidden in a new still vacant office park. Obviously intended for business travelers, would probably be empty on weekends. Laundry room for guests. Workout room has some machines, but no free weights, mats, or balls. Comfy bed, quality linens. Kitchen stocked with essential tools and housewares. No ice machines in hotel, and the fridge in our room strained to produce a couple cubes during our weekend stay. For the price and newness, we'd stay here again. read more
