Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Staff was courteous and helpful at all times. I couldn't have asked for a much better experience.
I would have liked to have had access to a hot tub. But was fine without one.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond. I really enjoyed my stay at The Staybridge and would highly, highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location and friendly staff.
Room was non-smoking but had a strong smoke smell in the room.

The staff was attentive and helpful. I was able to request a late checkout. I did have an issue with the nonsmoking room which had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.

Great breakfast, great pool, and
room layout.
It seemed that because we paid less, we were placed on the floor with renovations.

Overall the hotel was excellent. We would choose to stay there again. The complaint remains that we were given a room in the middle of renovations. I had to move a cart full of old carpet from the doorway in order to leave my room. We did not see another person in our area until the renovations were completed. It certainly seemed we were given such a room because we were not paying full price. read more

The staff was accommodating, the breakfast was good

This hotel exceeded my expectation. I have never stayed at a Staybridge Suites before, and was very impressed. The staff was very accommodating, they upgraded us from a studio to one bedroom suite for no charge. I extended my stay a day and pricelined, but had to move to the Holiday Inn and I was very sorry! The price Staybridge quoted me for extending the stay was well worth it and the minute I walked into the Holiday Inn, I knew I made a mistake. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the managers reception was very unexpected. I will definately stay there again and again. read more
