Rooms very nice, staff not so nice. Said check-in was at 4pm, we arrived around 1:30pm. They were letting other people check-in, not us. When I questioned them about it I was told because we booked on-line and had a cheaper rate we could not get a room until 4pm. Did not get to my room until almost 4:30pm. Check-out time noon, at 9:00am staff trying to get us to leave.

The signs directing you towards your room were ambiguous.

I left my phone charger, made several phone calls, finally connected, when returned, no one could find it, although we had been told they found it.

We were thrilled with the suite and all that was available. We wished we had known that dinner and breakfast was included. We were so sorry that the pool was not opened until Saturday and we were leaving Friday. It was frustrating trying to find out if my phone charger had been found. I left several messages; the person who finally returned my call had little English. when we checked back in 3 days later, the desk staff had no idea where the found charger was. We searched through a box of chargers, none were mine. the next day the desk staff quickly found a charger with a note with our room number on it, but it did not fit. I think it was found but not recorded and did not have our room number put on it.Otherwise, we really liked it and would return. read more

The window locks were hard to remove.

I thought this was a great hotel for the rate. My two children had there own room and it was very clean.
