It was very clean. The room was large enough for us. It was centrally located for what we needed to do.
The floor in the room we had sloped a little. The TV leaned a little.

Very impressed with the staff. The continental breakfast that was served was very good. The bed was comfortable. We really didn't need the kitchen, but it was nice to have a refrigerator. The price was very good. We were on the fourth floor. It was very quiet.

Great, clean hotel, with staff willing and ready to serve. Hotel is located down the street from the Galleria Mall and great restaurants are a walking distance. Continental breakfast was awesome, would stay here again.

Comfortable, with complete kitchen, great for traveling with family!

I loved the hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was a little small, but included a complete kitchen and all utensils. The price was amazing and included a continental breakfast. Great location to mall is next-door and this was overall a 5-star experience at a 3-star hotel.

Spacious, well-appointed suite with good beds & plenty of pillows including down.
No complaints. Appeared that all guests were relaxing in both the indoor & outdoor spaces.

Quiet room with blackout drapes and very cold AC. I always appreciate tea bags for my husband, and the Wolfgang Puck coffee was excellent. Our room was more like a small, one-bedroom apt. Very comfortable wity free parking and free high-speed internet.

The bed and pillows were great and very comfortable - room was very attractive - great location.

The location was great. Loved the happy hour and the breakfast. Room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. The down pillows were a great added feature and they give you lots of them. The location couldn't have been better. The Galleria Mall was only a short walk.

The staff did not welcome us when we arrived. It took forever to get checked in. The room had not been cleaned well.

It was convenient and I liked the suite set up.
The parking lot was pretty cramped.

Good stay and was close to plenty I needed. I never had to travel far from the hotel during my stay.
