Noisiness.

Young people roamed the halls, screaming, giggling, and slamming doors. Repeated requests that they contain the noise went unheeded, even when the front desk person came to the floor to ask that they go to their rooms.

The jacuzzi was not working correctly. We were awoke at 2 am by people fighting outside the lobby.

Getting to the hotel can be difficult because of road layout.

The hotel had nice rooms, only one restaurant in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
