Welcome to East Memphis's newest hotel! Staybridge Suites, great service and convenient location mean everything and the Staybridge Suites Hotel - Memphis has both! Just a short drive from the airport, downtown Memphis, FedEx Forum, Beale Street, Graceland and University of Memphis, we're conveniently situated off Poplar Avenue and I-240 in the heart of East Memphis business corridor. Our location provides easy access to all major highways including I-240, I-40 and I-55. Within minutes of the hotel you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. Our primary goal is to make you comfortable, and we start with 114 tastefully designed suites and guestrooms. Each suite is complete with a coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, two telephones with two lines, pullout sofa sleeper and two televisions with cable. We now offer wireless high-speed Internet access in all guestrooms and meeting rooms. Start your day with our complimentary deluxe hot breakfast buffet and relax with our Tuesday-Thursday evening Sundowner Hospitality Reception. Work off the stress of a busy day in our exercise room, seasonal outdoor swimming pool or hot tub. Not enough parking spaces.

All accomodations were great. The suites had everything I needed. The breakfast and complimentary meals were excellent, however, I think I would stick with the instant oatmeal. The attitude of the staff was also excellent.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was terrific.
I thought that I was getting a suite with a separate bedroom, but it was just one room.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (and included feather pillows!) and the breakfast was terrific. The kitchenette is a real convenience and money-saver.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating in every respect.
Had the perfect room but had to move because of a sprinkler leak. The second room was not as spacious as the first.

The hotel was in a wonderful part of town, it was very clean, and had a full kitchen which was wonderful. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had.

This hotel does not have everyday maid service.

This is a very nice hotel. Good for a family staying in Memphis for more than two days since each room has a full kitchen.

Size of room far exceeded expectations.
Hotel location is not easily accessible from freeway.

The hotel was much nicer and far more deluxe than expected. The continental breakfast was outstanding, better than any I've ever had. My complaint about they Staybridge would have to be its location. If you stay at the Staybridge, be sure to get driving directions and a map elsewhere. I was so angry about the quality of the directions, that I almost felt like turning around and driving 5 hours just to get home! read more

The hotel is in a nice location; however, the toilets didn't work, and the shower rod was not connected.....it took over 24 hours to get this fixed....not acceptable in my opinion.
