Light housekeeping should include cleaning bathroom at least every other day.

The hotel was very convenient to Minneapolis and the airport. The complementary breakfast was quite good. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good and strong. The overall impression was of a clean well run hotel that was good for travelers.

The staff was awesome. The woman who directed the breakfast was amazingly efficient.
Nothing that comes to mind.

We actually stayed at a Stay bridge in Jackson Mississippi and did not have a good experience. (They put us in a smoking room and would not allow us to change even though my daughter is asthmatic. Plus they didn't keep coffee pots filled at the breakfast.) But this was a completely different experience. I was glad we gave Stay bridge another chance.

The staff was great! Room fit our needs perfectly!

The staff was great, especially Tess! Breakfast had a good variety for all diets. Room as very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Will recomment this hotel to anyone!

The person at the front desk was hard to understand due to the fact she spoke so quiet and fast.

Everything was satisfactory and we had a good night sleep.

The breakfast bar had everything you would want.
The business room had to computers available with very fast Internet. It was a very pleasant stay, I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

The location was easy to get to and close to places that we wanted to go.
It did not feel comfortable or cozy. The VCR and internet did not work right.

Ok for the business traveler. Plain, clean hotel with ok rooms. Internet may or may not work. We may or may not be friendly. We won't smile when you approach us. Make sure you bring a robe to the pool, because the water is extremely cold.

Had an awesome experience.
It's Minnesota, they had snow.

We had a fantastic night. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was very good, with everything well stocked. There was popcorn in each room, which we thought was a unique and tasty treat while watching a movie. This was our second stop here, and will definitely use them again.
