The check in was quick and trouble free ,clean and friendly personel. enjoyable experience.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice comfortable out of the way hotel. We enjoyed having our family reunion in Surprise and this was a wonderful experience.Very clean and maintained .The pool was constantly being monitored for debris because of the wind storms and umbrellas were put down fore protection. We felt very safe,

Very nice room, comfortable and lots of extras for long-term stayers.
The breakfast was not good and however we came down close to the ending time.

The location.
The room we had was very nice spacious. The continental breakfast was good and also the gym. You could walk to a mall if you choose to which is nice too.

Brand new, very clean, very helpfully. Great happy hour with great food. Great breakfast.

Fabulous location next to Westlake Village with many restaurants and shops and both the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Cardinals stadiums 500 yards away. Clean rooms, free internet, great happy hour with free food and drinks, very helpful staff. Rooms with plasma flat screens. My company will be staying here going forward. I recommend this to all. I travel 3 weeks out of the month and I have seen it all. read more

wonderful staff.
The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and beyond expectations. Complimentary Internet, laundry room, fitness room, real breakfast and light dinners served were a great touch. I would definitely recommend the Staybridge to anyone looking for top-notch service and accommodations.

The sheets, the linens, the shower curtain and the wonderful towels smelled fresh no downy. Thank you.
It definitely has a business flavor with the high shower head. It lacked a floor mat to step onto from the tub and a liner for the tub.
I thought it was lovely and the staff were salient definitely about customer satisfaction. The room had the linens but the room was cold, meaning the big TV pay for movies, the room had no water generally a water bottle or two and the food choices were all fat oriented. I will return, and again the staff did everything they could to accommodate you. I would have loved fruit as a snack rather than all the cookies and ice cream but that is just me. read more
