The room size was excellent. Can't complain about the location. The staff was very helpful!
For some reason it felt muggy humid in the hallways.

I would probably stay at this hotel again. I liked the location. The room was nice.

Cleanliness and comfort were impressive.
Wireless and wired internet service was unusable and staff was not inclined to fix it.

My room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was quite satisfying. However, the internet service was on-again, off-again. The refrigerator door dragged on the ground when opened and closed and the interior of the refrigerator was obviously damaged. A business traveler would have no connectivity short of bringing one's own wireless internet modem.

We called ahead with 2 requests and they were very helpful in providing them.
Nothing.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is nice with lots of choices. There were special touches such as 2 types of free newspapers, nice soap and towels.

breakfast was decent,
I did not sleep well all night - broken sprinkler pump,

If the broken sprinkler pump was not going off and on all night, I would have probably gotten some sleep. The pump was on the other side of the wall where the bed was.

Our suite was immaculate, spacious and quiet.

We traveled to San Angelo to attend our daughter's graduation at Goodfellow AFB, along with her wedding the following weekend. Staybridge far exceeded our expectation with the condition of the hotel room, staff friendliness, and excellent breakfast choices. We have never stayed in a hotel where the front desk was so helpful and concerned about making our stay perfect. Although we did not use the fitness room, we took note that it was large and very clean. They also had a computer available for use in the dining area. read more
