The service was fabulous. Some friends stayed at another hotel that didn't even compare.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The staff changed our room from king bed to two doubles, found a non-feather pillow for my friend, helped us with local tour arrangements, had a great breakfast selection, both evenings there they also had a small dinner buffet available. It was just great!

Kept up very well and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Location was excellent. Staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Hotel was very well kept. Parking was very convenient and made me very happy.

It was not totally smoke free.

Clean, nice, good free breakfast. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Friendly staff. I would return. It would be nice if they had more than two 2 room suites like the Staybridge close to the Savannah airport.

It was very comfortable, we had everything we needed and in a great location for touring.

The accommodations were great, mini suite with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Exterior and interior were most attractive blending well with the immediate area which is historical. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. We rested well and enjoyed our entire Savannah experience.

The staff were great.
It was at the far end of the strip. I would have liked to have been closer to the middle.

Our room was clean and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we need. They were great.

Nothing comes to mind.

Rooms were large and nice, very clean, outstanding location in old Savannah, we walked everywhere.

Had to park on top of the creepy, unmanned parking garage and walk in the dark 1/2 a block to the hotel. No HBO on TV.

Pretty on the outside, practical on the inside. Very comfortable bed. What makes the normal-sized room I stayed in a suite is the tiny breakfast bar with kitchen they have plopped in a corner where normally perhaps a table and chairs would be.
