Very clean, very nice, all suites hotel. Helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. Good location.

Very pleasant stay. Room was very nice. Bathroom was very clean and new. Lots of storage and a well-stocked kitchen. Staff was very helpful and nice. The grounds were lovely and well kept with a sports court, pool and BBQ grill. We had a wonderful stay here with our small children. Very family friendly.

Shower broken. Complained, but still not fixed. No housekeeping service on weekend.

Nice facilities, but cheaply constructed. No housekeeping service on weekends. Shower was broken and no one available to fix it. I don't think they are staffed adequately to take care of problems when they come up.

Looks new, carpet smells fresh, great breakfast.
Do your own Sofa bed, they charged for shower cap.

Maid did a really bad job in cleaning the room, bath tub was virtually invisible : hair, empty shampoo were still in tub. This is a very nice hotel and we would definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this hotel/suite for families. My husband and I traveled with our 2 teenagers and the fully equipped kitchen saved us money on food. We put the kitchen to good use. The rooms also have a DVD/VCR player and you can borrow DVDs from the hotel library absolutely free. In addition, complimentary hot breakfast, free guest parking, and free wireless Internet were a definite plus! We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in San Diego! read more

Courteous front desk help.
Ceiling above shower was dirty.

We loved staying here. Food was good, staff was helpful and accommodating. The shower leaked and they fixed it right away.
