Location.
Clerk/Ops Mgr Joy at Desk did not honor my nonsmoking request. accepted earlier.
Nice hotel if they got rid of Joy who did not honor my non-smoking room request.

Nice facilities and rooms.
Swimming pool closed at 9:00 pm.
It's a very nice hotel, but getting something to eat is a real problem and totally overpriced. The closing time for the swimming pool is ridiculous, as is the jacuzzi.

Their suites are very well equipped, breakfast and dinner is included in the price and their free Shuttle service helps save money on cabs.
Service is a little tardy - I was not asked a preference of room, clerk checking me in was not friendly and failed shuttle pick up time by 30 minutes
Excellent place - you save money on breakfast, dinner and also cab fare since they have shuttle service drop off and pick up within 5 miles of Hotel. Rooms are very spacious with full kitchen and also plates and cutlery etc. Hotel is also in a quiet location. The service was a little bad but mainly due to one sour desk clerk who while checking me in did not ask me for a preference of what rooms I would prefer or which floor would I prefer. The same guy also left me stranded for 45 minutes on a busy street corner where I was waiting to be picked up by the Shuttle. Everyone else there was very good and gave great service except this one guy. read more

The hotel was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was execellent.
The whirlpool was broken for the last 4 days of my stay.
The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful when I was looking for things to do in the area there was also a shuttle to local places within 5 miles. Even when the shuttle was busy they sent a taxi to pick me up at no charge.

A good value, also pretty quiet even though it is near freeway.
No room cleaning on weekend even though we asked front desk specifically.
We were given a room with one queen bed and a double-sized pull out sofa bed, the rooms with two queen beds costs more if we were to upgrade as told by the front desk.

Full kitchen, free dinner and breakfast, what's not to love.
Difficult to sleep during daytime, some noisy rooms.
Wonderful concept, I wish every hotel would follow this example.
