I loved Eureka Springs.
Beds were not changed, very uncomfortable, AC/heating unit was too loud.

Pick another hotel if you want clean sheets and a comfortable mattress.

Nice pool and hot tub. Good locale. Friendly management. Won’t give a late check out.
Dead insects in room, including the bed.

It was fine, but not much more than that. Needs to be deep cleaned and updated.

Very helpful, desk lady.
Bed was hard as a rock.

The hotel room was nice. They even had a fridge and microwave in every room. Could not use hot tub or pool,it sprinkled and management said they did not want anyone in the pool. Not even the next morning, not even raining.

Poor selection of breakfast, no coffee pot or clock in the room.

Nice quiet and comfortable rooms.

Flexible pool hours.
Difficulty in obtaining adequate towels.

Clean, though in need of repair. The owner was accomodating, though excessively attentive. An insufficient number of towels were provided and additional towels were difficult to obtain.

Very clean, owner very friendly, great location
If the decor of the rooms was updated it would be perfect

I would highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback is the decor. The rooms could use new pictures and comforters, but other than that it is great!

Helpful staff, good location, easy to find, clean.
The continental breakfast was lousy-white bread, peanut butter and wrapped sticky buns.
