Lack of assistance from the staff.

Was a horrible experience. I had to spend an extra 25.00 on dry cleaning to get the stench out of my suit.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, everything in the kitchen worked.
Mattress on pull out sofa was very thin and uncomfortable.

This hotel is not luxury by any means, the fixtures, carpet etc are obviously older. However, everything was clean and in working order, the staff was friendly and helpful and having a full kitchen while traveling with kids was great.
I will stay here again.

Very spacious rooms. Well appointed.

Great place to stay. Not a hotel since it doesn't provide daily cleaning service without a fee but not a problem. Has kitchen, fridge & microwave. Location is easy access but not real close to center of town. Must have car if you stay here.

The kitchen was stocked with utensils.
Many of the fixtures are dated.

The hotel intake was very nice as I had booked for the wrong day, but they made the necessary adjustments.
