Description of Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Panama City
This brand new hotel is centrally located in Panama City one mile east of the Hathaway bridge on Highway 98. Less than 1 mile to Gulf Coast Community College and four miles to Panama City Beach. We are nearby the Panama City Marina, Bay Industrial Park and the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Minutes away from Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island and St. Andrews State Park. Tyndall Air Force Base and Florida State University are nearby. Front Desk Hours 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. This extended stay hotel has limited housekeeping and office hours. A 50.00 USD incidental charges deposit is required for all guests. March 01 through April 20 the incidental charge deposit is 200.00 USD. Deposit is returned to guest after inspection at check out. read more

Clean, cheap, fairly new
This an economy hotel so there is no breakfaft

This hotel is designed for travelers that are staying for more than 2-3 nights. So they do not provide a breakfast or clean your rooms on a daily basis. (once weekly i believe)To get towels you return the dirty ones and pick up more. The rooms all have a kitchen and are fairly large and clean. (flat screen tvs, chair)they also have wireless internet, small workout area, small business area. It is about 5 minutes from the beach. We stayed here because it was cheap and we planned to rent a boat for the days we were there. Very clean and new if you are wanting to stay cheap. read more
