It was clean and close to the local attractions.

It was clean and quiet. The staff was a great help and it was near Broadway at the beach, the beach, and the mall. Also had tons of restaurants nearby.

Free wireless internet.
Not clean, unfriendly staff, inefficient window AC units.

The clerk checking me in appeared to be new and the two other clerks were busy trying to sort out some problem with another guest. When we got to the room, the full kitchen was just a fridge, two burners and a microwave. No dishwasher, oven, etc. It was also not separate from the rest of the room at all - no dividing wall or anything. There was no disposal in the sink and, since trash was not collected during out stay, cleaning pots and pans would have been just about impossible. You could scrape into the trash can, but it would have sat there for days! Because it is an extended stay hotel, we knew the room would not be cleaned every day, but it was not cleaned at all during our five night stay. My four year old son was playing with his cars on the floor. When he got up, his feet and legs were covered in black dirt from the floors. He had to have a bath before we could dress him. We took our own trash out of the room on two occasions so it would not pile up. We had four towels that were replaced only once in five days and only two towel hooks on which to dry towels for the next day. The window unit AC was inefficient - the room was always damp and either way too hot or way too cold. Luckily, I brought my hair dryer as the room did not have one. Most of the people staying at the hotel appeared to be transient construction workers. The room was probably fine for their needs, but not so good for a family traveling with two small children (ages 3 and 4). I am a fairly frequent traveler, business and pleasure, and this was definitely one of the worst places I've ever stayed. read more

The checkout.
The room had stains on the floor and door.

I was not expecting the hotel looks clean from the outside and the front lobby seemed welcoming. The first sign of this being a bad hotel was the front entrance needed an access card to get into even during daylight hours. Check in was a breeze. The elevator sounded like it was going to fail before it reached the second floor, thus we opted to take the stairs if we had to go up and down to our room. The facilities all worked to my knowledge. Me and my girlfriend sat down on the bed and she noticed something on the floor and brought it to my attention. The floor had between 7 and 8 quarter sized stains spread variously throughout the room. I am not a picky person but this was rather horrible. I went to the front desk to explain my problem and they agreed it was not right for me to stay in the room, however, the hotel was booked solid. She promised me that she would look into getting me another room in a nearby hotel but she never called me. Lucky for me, my stay was limited to 1 night so I did not spend any time other than sleeping in this room. This was no paint or oil. Hopefully, I have no diseases from my stay. I would not recommend this hotel. read more

The locations of the hotel are very close to most attractions!

Our overall stay at the hotel was nice. The room wasn't as big as I suspected. Neither was the pool. The kitchen was a good idea but I recommend that you bring dishwashing liquid & bleach because not very clean. The beds are not that comfortable but served its purpose. Our rooms weren't clean any day we were there. We had to ask for towels & pillows. Most of the time they didn't have any. read more
