Suburban Extended Stay West Six Flags

Room was kinda musty smelling, but it was a smoking room (my husband smokes). Bed was not very comfortable. Very well lit up at night.

I had 1 towel and a bath mat in my room. I went to the from desk and got more linens. They said they were still doing laundry. I went to my event with the towels in my car. I thought I'd probably end up with double lines if they came by the room while I was gone, but upon return I still had a towel and bath mat. I went to prepare my dinner. The only silverware in the kitchenette was 3 knives, no forks or spoons. I went to the front desk. They had none. They went to an unoccupied room and gave me dirty silverware to take to my room and wash. The room had very poor lighting. The bedspread looked dirty. The pillows were flat. There was no alarm clock. The remote for the TV had no channel select numbers. To get from one station to another you had to arrow up and down. read more
