The lobby is very nice.
The room was clean but very basic.
The staff was excellent, and while the room was clean, it was without charm or warmth of any kind.

Price.
Night shift desk staff.
Nice clean room, but parking is very terrible, and pool doesn't seem the most hygienic, and the night shift desk clerk just slept in the back and
I had to yell for his attention.

Not really clean.
This did not meet expectations. Their were much better hotels for less money in the area.

Liked it all and no complaints.
It was a very nice and clean hotel. Close to everything and will recommend it to anyone wishing to Sudbury.

Staff were very accomodating and the restaurant was good as well as convenient.
The pool was frigid and the hot tub was not very hot.

I really liked the restaurant it was very nice - good selection.
Front desk staff was
not good. Keys did not work in the room; clerk said should have worked - no apology and we had carried luggage a very long way.
The room was very plan; we had to carry luggage a very long way - longer than any other I can remember - way at back of hotel, long way from elevator; room keys did not work and hotel clerk was rude stating that keys should have worked; did we have our cell phones on that probably caused it. We did not have cell phones on and keys definitely didn't work.
