The accommodations for this hotel you will find delightful. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The view of the East Bay was itself breathtaking. No-matter the length of your stay you will be refreshed by the beauty of Northern Michigan.

Great beach, wonderful views.
Out of control guests, police called.
The second night was fine - the staff is friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is OK though not well organized and continually out of various items and held in an attractive but crowded breezeway. The rooms are attractive and clean. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on at a hotel.

Very friendly staff.
Late night beach parties and gatherings.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and the staff was very friendly. The lake side beach was one of the best in the area.

Extremely clean, room design spectacular with all the amenities you could want.
My daughter and daughter-in-law went to Traverse City for a few fun days and were delighted to find a beachfront room. Even though it was winter and you couldn't use the balcony, it was fun to be able to look out over the beach and lake front. The room was a special find. It was decorated first class with a nautical theme. The room held everything one could possibly want in a room from a spacious armoire to a refrigerator, DVD player and coffee pot. It was really fun to be in a room that made you feel like you were in a first rate hotel. The continental breakfast (with hotel personnel making waffles) was great. All in all, it was a great time away with my daughters. read more

The breakfast was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable.
It was a longer drive than I had anticipated to get to the mall.
The staff was friendly and helpful with finding dining and places to go for entertainment. The breakfast was hot and the coffee was wonderful! The pool area was clean along with our room. I liked having the extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom, it was convenient for multiple people getting ready. I would gladly stay here again.
