All rooms have a balcony facing the ocean.
Room door a bit tough to open.

Kitchenette was convenient and balcony was good size. Simply walk down the stairs and be on the beach.

It is right on the beach, all rooms face the water.
Very old and feels dirty, all rooms are smoking, thirty years of cigarette smoke in each room.

Location is spectacular but it is very old, smells of cigarette smoke so bad that it does not let you sleep, the rooms need a lot of cleaning up and bringing it to 21st century.

View of the ocean private balcony small kitchen came in handy with the children.

We traveled 12 hours arrived a few hours before check in. The hotel clerk allowed us to go ahead and change at their facility so our children could swim in the pool while we were waiting for our room. We also got to go down to the beach before checking inn.

Nice location beach was not overcrowded since there are vacant lots on one side of the hotel
ceiling was either dirty or had something growing on it.

Hotel was nice for $69 a night over a weekend. The beach was never crowded mainly because of vacant lots on one side of the hotel. Would definetly come back.

location

Great price. Right on the beach away from all the rest of the strip and crowds. I loved it and had a great time. A great place to stay with a young child loved that it had a kitchen yet close enough to restaurants as well. Highly recommended hotel.

The views were awesome!
Mold in the shower and on the ceiling in the room, coffee left in pot

Very nice staff. Not close to anything. Nice balcony facing the Gulf. Would stay again. Just watch for mold.
