Location.
Rooms. Old. Outside entrances only. No toiletries.

Staff was extremely slow. Check in was over 35 min. Room was non smoking but had an ashtray. No toiletries. Terrrible pillows. Old decor. Only had outside room access. Security guard on duty all night. Rooms very unsoundproof. Lots of retail and food locations on same street. Do not recommend. Too many other hotels to choose from rather than this one.
