The hotel was closed to the places that we went to.
I book a non-smoking room but the room still smell like smoke. The carpet was not that clean it make our feet turn black.
This hotel was an okay stay. Not the good place for a romantic get away. Its ok to stay for a day or so.

It was affordable for a small vacation and situated at a good place in city, not isolated from city.
Its not spacious, didn’t have bed sheets and blanket even.
It was just affordable and the star rating is not satisfactory. Neither it was spacious nor was it getting cleaned daily. Nor even the towels will be changed daily too. The service was as if it is a Motel in country side. Bath room door was not getting locked. Also when we reached, we got a room with no blanket and bed sheets, later we shifted to another room though. Kitchen doesn’t have a single vessel except for 2 cups and 2 plates and some spoons. The handle of the microwave was broken too. There was no dish washing liquid too. read more

It was close to where my conference was.
There were no sheets on my bed, no comforter available at all, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and the floor was filthy and the staff was rude.
I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

Along with line 12; the front desk lady was unknowlagable and rude!
There is apparently a curfew on phones the turn off at a certain time and turn back on a another time. The front desk lady was unknowlegable and rude!

Kitchen.
Linens look ancient. Blankets were very poor. Shower was only warm not hot. Gap between the door and door facing.
I would not stay at this hotel again. It wasn't a horrible experience but the look of the linens made me think it was not clean; however they may have been but they were old and ragged looking. The shower had lukewarm water. There was a gap large enough to see daylight through in the door. I believe the front desk help was also security and housekeeping. I went and asked for another blanket and they told me they had none. read more

Very clean.
Staff was not real friendly.
Great place to stay. Very clean. Staff was not real friendly and it's kind of hidden from the main road, but not too hard to find.

It was clean and met our needs.
There was only 1 small trash can in the room and the remote did not work with the TV.
It was very clean and neat. I thought it is odd for an extended stay hotel to only have 1 small trash can in the room and disappointed that the remote did not go with the TV in the room. Otherwise, our stay was nice. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance and the DART train station is a short distance away.

The hotel had a lot to offer, including a small kitchen and free Wi-Fi.

It is conveniently located to the area I was interested in.
The floors were not mopped and the bed was an uncomfortable mess.
The hotel staff wasn't professional, the room wasn't very clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the walls are too thin, and housekeeping didn't visit to exchange linen or towels once during the 3-day stay. I will never consider returning to Sun Suites.
