The location and price.
Overall condition of room.

The location and price were the best part of the hotel. The room itself was unclean with stains on the floors, cigarette burn marks on cabinetry and the walls and floor tiles all in need of repair. The hotel needs repair or renovation. I was also not even offered a non-smoking room.

No complaints. All is good.

Nice stay, close to everything in the city that we had to visit.

It was cheap and close to where I was going.
Not too clean, bathroom cabinet door cock-eyed.

I did not expect a lot out of this hotel. It was cheap, that part I liked. It is not a place I would like to stay for a long period of time. I didn't realize they would not have shampoos and things like that in the bathroom. Very shabby facilities. I didn't like having to call down to the front desk for a hair dryer.

Location and good price.
Small and no pool.

The location is good. If you don't spend much time in the room then it's not that bad.

There were hairs on the bed, the floor was wet and there were no towels or toiletries.

The staff was rude and talked about me in Spanish not knowing that I knew what they were saying. Very disappointed.

Easy access, and quiet.
Bathtub was rusty,
TV was
too small.

Nothing, but if they can replace or clean them because it is disgusting to take a shower when the tub is corroded.

The fact that it is a pet friendly hotel was a definite perk!
Front staff was rude. Bathroom & carpet were dirty. The tub leaked.

It's a good hotel if you are accompanied by a pet
and do not plan to spend much time in the room.

The location provided easy access to the freeway.
I was worried about my vehicle being there the next morning.

The cost was good but the hotel was run down and not well maintained. The staff was friendly and access to the freeway was close.

Great location, clean room, nice bed & mattress. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be back when I'm in Houston, TX.
No coffee. The fridge couldn't get to chilling-temp. nor freeze in the freezer.

Nice hotel. More than I expected. The fridge & stove, coffee maker were a nice touch.
