Everything.

Not a good hotel. Rooms are small. Building is old and smells. Zero attractiveness, ambiance or atmosphere. They also did not report to you their schedule to recarpet the hotel throughout during this week. That is all. Thanks.

I do not like the new light bulbs as it was difficult to read anything by that light.

I rally can't write anything since I arrived late in the evening and stayed only overnight. My main purpose was to attend a meeting in Mascoutah and this was the closest I could get to that city.

The smell of the room.

Hotel staff not big on talking with customers. On phone, ignored me until they got off. Did not feel very important.

Nice community hotel. A few minor dislikes, but I would recommend it to someone needing an inexpensive hotel.

They should have a printer for guests to use to print their boarding passes and itineraries.

This is absolutely the most beautiful super 8 we have ever stayed at. It is decorated in a high-class fashion, and the staff is always ready to help. We really liked this place!

Price, cleanliness.

At least free coffee in the morning would be nice. The people were friendly and helpful. It was listed as being 5 miles to the Shrine, but it is actually closer to 10 miles.

Clean and near what I was in town to do.
Minimal parking.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. I got a late check out on request. Room was clean and orderly. I got what I expected out of the hotel. I would recommend to others.
