Uncleanliness of room and breakfast area. Noisy could not sleep. Broken doorknob. Barking dog. Poor attitude from most of staff.

Unclean breakfast area. Poor attitude from most of staff like when we complained about the broken bathroom doorknob, we were told to not close the door! Just not maintained very well. Noisy neighbors keeping us awake most of the night on all three nights we were there. The
only thing I liked about the hotel was the shuttle they provided for the one day we really needed it - on my son's graduation from Navy boot camp, they provided transportation to the Base. Too bad they didn't provide transportation on the other days as well, even for a small fee, that would have been nice, but they did not. The shuttle just sat in the parking lot. I will not ever stay at any Super 8 Motel ever again, never! read more

This hotel was inexpensive, and it showed from rude staff to the unseemliness appearance of the room. The hotel staff was definitely the worst part of the hotel stay.

Staff was very courteous and friendly.
There was no elevator, only stairs.

This is a perfect hotel for someone who is basically just sleeping in it. I was on the third floor and there was 4 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor and no elevator, so probably not good for someone who is disabled. Parking is kind of awkward but the facilities were clean, the staff friendly and is conveniently located close to the Naval base.
