Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.
On two of the three nights there was no place to park.

comfort and affordable.
Highly satisfied overall.

I appreciated the hotel's quietness. This helped me get the rest I needed before hitting the highway. The room was comfortable (with all the amenities of home). Having a friendly, welcoming and smiling staff is always a plus.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
Cigarette smell everywhere and the toilet seat was dirty. Also the toilet would continue to run.

The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet, so that was good. But even though we were in a non-smoking area, the moment we walked into the lobby, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming everywhere, including our room. That kind of ruined the night for us. Also, the toilet seat was dirty when we got there. And the toilet would run occasionally when no one was in there. The people were very nice though. read more

Very convenient to I-70. Restaurant within walking distance.
Heavy smoke in the hallway. Could not get double beds.

I liked the breakfast food. It was nice to have a coffee pot and hair dryer in the room. It was very convenient to the other areas we needed to be. It would have helped if we had been given a map of the general area around us.

Convenient location and availability.
Very noisy on second floor - not good sleeping.

Overall very clean and friendly atmosphere, continental breakfast was basic at best, not much effort put into it. Very noisy conditions on second level at night, not the hotels problem, should have complained about it.
