Clerk was not overly friendly.

Overall enjoyed the stay for the one night I was there.

Clean room was a plus to me and the free breakfast was better then I expected.

The room was very clean for me. Any questions I had was answered in a understanding way. The free breakfast that was given to the guest was alot more then I was thinking of, which was good.

Nice lady at check-in.
Maid came in my room without knocking, do not disturb sign on door.

Cracked tile, bugs in bathroom, small pool, no english speakers on checkout day, no receipt provided, way to expensive for crossville, tn.

The staff worked w/ me to allow my pet to stay.
There were resident "managers" that cooked in their rooms.

Could use more variety on the breakfast, given their nearby competitors.

It was conveniently located.
The room was located next to the elevator control room.

The room we were in was located next to the elevator maintenance room and was noisy. Although we requested a smoking room - the room smelled heavily of smoke when we entered - it was not pleasant. When the batteries for the remote did not work, I requested new ones but I was given batteries from the remote in another room instead of new ones - these worked but just barely. All in all our stay was ok but in the end we got what we paid for - not much. read more

Inattentive staff.

Basic place to lay our heads down for 2 nights. Breakfast in the am was ok. Pretty limited, and small room.
