Basic hotel: clean, simple, safe, convenient.

This is a good basic hotel, convenient to I-25 and not far from center of Fort Collins. Basic low-priced hotel with few amenities, but it is clean and safe. Denny's is next door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room was suppose to be non-smoking, but it smelled of smoke when we arrived.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean, quiet and comfortable the room was.
