Super 8 Motel - Hemet

Motel 8 exceeds Motel 6s. Bed was comfortable and amenities provided were great too.

The front desk staff when I was checking out was very friendly, but when I was checking in, the young lady at the front desk seemed unconcerned that I had booked a room for non smoking,,she didn't offer a solution rather she rudely said do you want your money back.

Hotel was not to family friendly the night we stayed. There were
few seedy characters outside not sure if staying there but I wouldn't let my kids go to the lobby without me. Lobby was also very hot like the AC was not on and it was well over 105 degrees that day. Room was clean but the bed was so uncomfortable. That would have to be my biggest complaint because I needed sleep after being on the road for over 8 hours. read more

The hotel was better than I expected as related to the comments above. I would recommend others to stay here if they are in the area. The price was reasonable and location of non-smoking rooms were good. The convenience of the appliances were a super plus for this hotel.

The hotel was easy to find, appeared clean and well kept. Parking was adequate and clearly marked. The common areas were clean and there were patrons using these areas. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we found the beds to be comfortable. There was no remote for the TV and the bath towels were small. The coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, Radio and lights all worked. The air conditioner was noisy but was not an issue during this part of the year. The location made it difficult to exit the hotel parking lot to the bordering streets, a minor inconvenience. read more

Last year we stayed here for 1 week. We will not be returing. It has gone down considerbly. The water was luke warm at best and 1 am I had a cold shower.

I had never stayed at a Super 8 before and was a little wary about staying there. But I was very pleasantly surprised. I would definately stay there again!

The rooms were very well kept and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to others in the future.

The staff were excellent. The accommodations need some work.
