Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The refrigerator was turned up high and my food was frozen and it was ruined.

Hotel is in a secure location with a lot of security cameras on the outside. The cameras are monitored by the front desk staff. Room was nice and clean for the price.

Overall good value for a one-night stop.

I just needed a room at the last minute to attend a convention the following day. Bed was comfortable, TV was good and the towels were clean so I don't have any complaints.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness.
Central didn't work in room, air conditioner would only work on one setting-low fan. Room was a bit outdated.

Room was served its purpose for what I needed it for. I was coming into town late at night and needed a place to stay for one night so I could attend orientation at Stamford University. It was good priced and clean. Staff was great! However, the room was muggy because of the air conditioner.

Staff was very helpful in giving directions to UAB & Children's Hospital. Nice big TV to watch.

This hotel is very unkempt. The lobby was hot and the windows were open to cool the stairs, allowing insects to come in. The bathroom door had a hole in it where someone had punched it. The ceiling above the bathtub had mold growing.

It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
The chair in the room we stayed in had torn upholstery.

The room was clean and comfortable, although it had a slightly worn look about it. The housekeeping service was top notch! The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. It met our needs.

It was awful. Very dirty no security. Bad breakfast.

I travel and stay in hotels at least 2 times per month. I would never stay in this hotel again. It was dirty, smelled, and very run down.

The front desk lady clerk was very nice and graciously changed my room from smoking to non-smoking.
Could not locate it without directions from two different people, even though I had directions, It was very difficult to find.

Suitable for business. Nice to have iron, blow-dryer. Smoking room was too overwhelmingly stinky. Moved to non-smoking room, much better!
