The room was very cozy and roomy and clean with extras!
The neighbors were very inconsiderate and loud at night and early in the am.

This hotel was very clean and neat with luxurious decor. The personnel were helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends who travel.

Very quiet and clean.
Swimming pool to shallow, not enough linens.

The hotel was clean and was quiet it has a workout room and the pool was very clean and nice pool area, just to shallow only 3 to 4ft deep.

Very convenient to all the places I needed to visit during my stay.
There was a rather low-end Bar next to the hotel, open until 3am.

In general, I was pleased with the Hotel - it is not a resort but certainly served my needs and as noted above, was very convenient to all the places I needed to visit during my stay. I will probably stay at
this hotel again on my next trip to Houston.

The hotel was pleasant, I have stayed here before and will again.
Needs elevator.

The room was clean. Bathrooms clean, TV could of had some stations for the kids. But overall it was a good stay. I have stayed here before and will again.

The hotel was new and clean.
The clientele and customer relations make this a sub-par hotel.

This hotel would have been a pleasant surprise for the star level except for a couple of annoyances and a serious stonewalled of a manager. The pillows were in dirty pillow cases. Thirdly, as we pulled into the hotel after a delayed flight around 3 am, a car full of women drove into the parking lot and began yelling at a man on the second floor balcony (next to my mom's room). The yelling went on for an hour. I didn't call management because I was tired and frankly a little bit afraid of calling on these individuals as they had seen us walk into our rooms and presumably didn't care much for laws or common decency. So when I complained the next day, the desk lady basically blamed me for the problems, saying on the first point that we had somehow been trying to bend the rules by adding my mom and sister to the room late. On the second that they had no idea there were issues late at night (which I found to be disingenuous at best). read more

The bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel served our purpose, but it was nothing special.

Close to visit family in area and close to airport.
Poor complimentary breakfast supplied.

Very close too many rests and major shopping in area. Although on flight path to bah, their was very minimal noise. Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned by maid.

Strong, unpleasant odor of chlorine bleach permeated room the entire stay.

Very clean; pleasant responsive staff; convenient location; nice variety of restaurants & shopping areas within walking distance.
