Super 8 Motel - Jackson Hole

We reserved a non smoking queen, we were given a smoking, they exchanged that for a different room. Second room the key did not work, come to find out room was already occupied. Finally after climbing up and down 3 flights (no elevator) they gave us a third room on the first floor.

Good place to stay if not looking for frills.

Would stay here again.

Our non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, the "view" was of the storage unit parking lot where the hoodlums hung out and smoked pot, the bed was terrible, there was no screen on the window, but the check in was quick.

This hotel was just nasty and old. It needs to be updated. The outside security doors wouldn't lock. The location was good. I would recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.

The hotel is not clean by any standards and noise from the second storey room above ours was extremely loud, just from people walking around, not wild partying! I would give this place a lower rating, if there were one available and would never stay there again.

It's what you'd expect from a motel except the price, which was expensive.

We notified the desk of the toilet problem as soon as we arrived and it still wasn't fixed when we checked out. The front desk clerk tried, but the toilet and shower both needed major maintenance. There was no maintenance person on duty.

Nice location and the staff was quite friendly, even changing our room so that we didn't have to walk upstairs and this was fairly late in the evening. The staff also gave us good directions to our next destination - they were knowledgeable and friendly.

Good price, great location, fun western atmosphere. Excellent continental breakfast. Also enjoyed the free popcorn.
