Amenities were better than expected, like fridge, microwave, breakfast.
One employee was a bit controlling and shrill with other guests taking advantage of the waffle iron at breakfast.
This hotel exceeded my expectations in pretty-much every way. I was looking for something simple and cheap. Because it was inexpensive, I assumed it would also be sparse on the amenities and little extras, but I was pleasantly surprised. A great hotel experience.

Everything appeared very well kept and clean.
One very rude front desk employee working at check out time.
The hotel was easy to get to and offered a clean and comfortable environment. The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge which was handy. All of the staff was friendly with the exception of one very rude front desk employee. Check out time was at 11 AM and as we were in the process of taking things to our car, we came back to the room and right at the instant the clock struck 11 the phone rang with an angry woman on the line telling us check out was at 11 and that it was now after 11. As we passed by the front desk with the rest of our things she repeatedly tapped her nails on the counter with a look of disgust on her face and upon checking out when I asked her if there were any additional charges to be paid the angry woman didn't know how to find that out. Another much nicer front desk employee quickly looked and told us that there were none. So, in short it was a very nice hotel stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. read more

The staff was friendly.
Old stains on the pillows, blood on the wall, bath tub torn, hair and stains on towels.
This was a terrible hotel! For that price, I did not expect old stains on the sheets, pillows, and hair on the towels, and there were a few blood spatters on the walls! The bathtub mat was torn and filthy, and the clothes rack was hanging precariously broken from the wall!

Price.
Absolutely filthy to include broken beer bottles in parking lot for two days.
First room had not been cleaned-bed wasn't made; second room air conditioning did not work. Third room there was mold and mildew in the shower, carpet was filthy, holes in sheets, broken beer bottles in parking lot, breakfast had little choice and were stale, carpets were swept-no vacuumed cleaner. I received an apology letter for 50% off next time but there will never be a next time. Also you do not want to leave at 7:30-8:00 a.m. due to the elementary school behind the motel. It took over 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot. read more

Nothing to brag about.
No restaurant.
The room was clean. Breakfast was a bagel or Little Debbie cookie. Only 2 tables to sit at breakfast. There was no pool/or any type of entertainment.
