The night desk clerk was very friendly.
Check out was a nightmare.

Check out was very concerning because when the clerk entered my conf. number it came up with another hotel guest. She insisted upon taking my credit card number after calling the manager for assistance. Neither of them could figure the problem out in the computer. At this point I am concerned about my credit card and have to call the manager on monday.

Loud noise from running water from adjoining room at night.

Location was good.
Under renovation construction desk clerk needs more training.

We were not sure the hotel was even open because of all the renovation construction. The evening desk clerk needs more training and better communications skills with the guests. The Bob Evans restaurant next door was great. We are still working on some billing and credit card issues and hopefully I receive a credit for the double payment on the second room.

Walking distance to Bob Evans restaurant.

Reserved non-smoking room. 1st room smelled of smoke. Had to be switched to another room. Staff was agreeable and quick to make the change. Narrow stairs, no elevator made transporting luggage, etc. to 2nd floor less convenient.

Air conditioner worked well, room was always comfortable.
Room was very musty smelling, Lysol solved this problem.

We stayed in a room convenient to vending machines, breakfast and entrance to building. We would consider staying in your hotel again.
