The price.
The smells, and bathrooms.

The bathrooms really needed to be redone. They were moldy, due to lack of ventilation, and the housekeeping was not really washing the floor all that well. The rooms were very smoky smelling, and they also smelled damp.

Sidewalk sloped towards room door so rain collected there.

Good economy motel for travelers looking for a place to sleep convenient to Interstate I-24.

1st Room: Found the bath towel bar pulled from wall, coffee pot was still dirty with coffee still in pot. TV so snowy could not watch. 2nd room was a little better but on the second day we found a bug that someone had smashed on the wall and just left. Internet connection did not work. Had to go to the lobby to get a signal.
