I called to say we would be late and the employee was most helpful and cordial.
The room smelled like air freshener spray.
This was a good hotel for the money. I have only one negative and that was the smell in the room.

We booked the hotel room (for 2 people, non-smoking, king-size bed/mini fridge/microwave) a few nights in advance; checked in October 2nd (Check-in was 3am)and checked out on October 4th (Check-out was 11am). It was an affordable, user-friendly, clean hotel with good-sized rooms, cable television, cooking/storing appliances and guest laundry, free breakfast (6-9am), vending machines, and within walking distance of decent restaurants. Very clean, staff excellent & most helpful,quiet,free breakfast & free parking.
Finding it. Didn't expect to have the same street name on Both sides of the freeway and address doesn't list N or S.
We really liked everything about this hotel with the one exception of its location. I would however most highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. Will stay there again without question.

We noticed an improved level of cleanliness and service.
This is a good basic place to get some R & R in between other commitments. They keep it clean and were very friendly and helpful at the front desk.

The room was small, the cabinet that held the TV had the doors broken off. The other room had a large LCD TV mounted on the wall. It was newly remodeled, but if I owned the place I would not be over happy about the quality of that work. May be I'm nit picky but the finishers did not do a great job on the rooms, especially the bathrooms.
