Friendly staff, hotel was easy to find
Room very dated, wireless internet very slow

The staff was very friendly and upbeat. When I first entered the room I noticed a hole in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, not completely through..just one layer of the drywall but still very tacky. The wireless internet was not working well at all, luckily I had an aircard with me so I was at least able to complete my basic business reports. Overall the room was very dated and the bathroom floor appeared to be dirty although I think the flooring is just so old it will never look clean. Also every electrical outlet in the room was being used by either a lamp, refrigerator, TV or some other item, I had to unplug one of the lamps to use my phone charger. I will not be staying at this hotel again. read more

I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. When I complained, they upgraded my room.
The location and the outdated, dirty facilities.

This place is outdated and dirty with thin walls and uncomfortable beds. Access to free internet is an asset.

The room in Norfolk was very crowded.

Unwilling to upgrade to 2 beds.

Super 8 is generally a good hotel for business, however this one was unwilling to provide an additional bed for multiple business travelers.

Was right at the intersection for my turn.
Didn't get the room we booked. We booked a smoking room but got a nonsmoking.

For the inconvenience they gave us a$5.00 gas cert.

I was well satisfied with my stay. Even though there was no coffee maker in room, there was hot coffee available in lobby. I liked everything about the place. No complaints at all.
