Not much.
I did not like the fact that I did not feel safe nor welcome when I checked in at night. People were entering and exiting the rooms around mine all night.

This hotel even manages to give even Super 8 a bad name. All night long, for whatever reason, other doors in the hall would be slamming every 5 or 10 minutes. I got no sleep and couldn't wait to check out the next morning.

It was convienent, quiet and did not mind the noise we made in our roooms.
We booked a smoking room but did not need it to be and they had no nonsmoking available.

I think for the price this hotel was great. Very close to the mall we shopped at. They did not mind the noise 4 girls made while on a weekend getaway.

Price and parking compared to surroundings.
Zero amenities.

Its ok, but has no bar, food, pool, fitness, etc. It is convenient for the area.

Would have loved a coffeemaker in the room and the hotel is a little dark, therefore depressing.

Very good deal, convenient for my purposes ( family wedding), clean, quiet room, very helpful staff. The motel is a little dark and depressing but, considering the price for the area it seems like a minor problem. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room but they did have coffee, bagels, cereal and fruit in a common area so it was not really a problem.

All the basics done right. Very clean room, too
Location/neighborhood left a little to be desired. Convenient to highway.

I asked for a local map but there was none available. Just wanted to find my way around Nyack.

Bathrooms were extra-clean and newly refurbished; great water pressure!
The bed pillows, the bed.

It was a good value - - the bed was comfy, the staff okay, the room clean, and the bathroom top-notch. However, the bed pillows were just terrible. I mean awful. Like, really, really bad. The neighborhood was a little worse than I expected but the price was right.
