The young lady at check in was very nice and helpful.

A little overpriced for quality. Bathrooms need to be updated and mildew removed from tiles. Carpet needs replacing. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Would stay there again if in the town of Oxford.

Close to the University.
Dirty, outdated, falling apart. Mississippi has the worst hotels!

Very poor hotel. The only reason it stays in business is because University travelers have no other choice. Nothing clean or up to date. Would not recommend unless you are desperate! (which we were).

Very convenient location and overall pretty clean.
Couldn't read the buttons on the remote, they were rubbed raw.

The hotel was nice, and exactly what we needed. Two queen beds, a TV, and a shower. Everything seemed clean, the hotel was quiet, I could see my car from my window, it was right in the middle of town, etc.

Pretty conveniently located to all popular places.
Even though we had a non-smoking room, most of the hotel smelled of smoke.

Overall, I would say an average hotel with O.K. accommodations.

Not very clean. There was blood on the wall by the light to the bathroom.

Not only was there blood on the wall, the alarm clock was sticky ( very scared to touch), mildew around tub and throughout the entire night there were people in the parking lot socializing. Therefore I did not sleep well. It made it very hard for me to responsive for a meeting the next morning.

Allowed to have my pets and smoking rooms.
Bathroom walls were dirty Picture over bed fell off and hit me in the head.

It was adequate. They need to clean the walls, carpets, and the brochures need to be wiped down or replaced. The bathroom fixtures were okay toilet and tub clean. I think they could use updating. One of the chairs had a hole in the seat.

Clean, friendly.
Very dirty outside of rooms in outside breeze-ways.

I only visit this area as my daughter goes to the University. I expected more for the amount of money charged.
