Location across street from LaVell Edwards stadium.
Not very clean. Pealing bathroom paint. Outdated.

I've stayed in the past and it has been all right, but has fallen into disrepair, and is in bad need of a remodel. Its one positive is proximity to LES.

Air conditioner not working in the first room. Stained sheets in the second.

Young, inexperienced and uncooperative staff at the front desk upon check in. My first room's AC was not working and the facial expression of the front desk attendant when I asked for a different room was one of being unconvinced. The second room had no bar fridge even though I requested one and one bed had stained sheets. Obviously I am not at all impressed and would not in any way recommend this property. read more

The carpet was very dirty. The pool was ice cold.

The pool was cold. The pool was freezing cold. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool for my children to swim in. They were so excited until they got in the pool. They were hypothermia within minutes. The other problem was that the carpet in our room was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been shampooed in years. There was ground in dirt, things that had been spilled were obvious in several places.
Also, some wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the ceiling looked stained. I didn't mind that it was somewhat old and outdated (popcorn ceiling, old style doors etc) but the carpet was bad. The bathroom was clean though. read more

Not clean, noisy, crummy bed sand tub in poor condition.

They need to take better care of their hotel.

Some trash was evident on the floor under the bed linen.

Very comfortable and easy to get to. Staff was very responsive and cheerful. The complementary breakfast was good and in a clean room.

It was in a good location.
They ran out of breakfast food.

The hotel ran out of breakfast at 8:30, so my kids and I had to go to a gas station and get something to eat. The main reason why I stayed here because they had a continental breakfast. I have little kids.

Too many problems with things.

Remote didn't work, only one key worked initially.

and weight room.
Old.

Overall a good stay for the rate. Friendly staff, and typical breakfast. Room was very outdated but not dirty. Nothing fancy.
