Super 8 Motel - Santa Clarita/Valencia

Choose this hotel because of free Internet. Internet did not work and I really rely on Internet. That was a huge let down for me. My kids didn't mind at all and didn't even notice that the rooms were a bit small, as long as it had a pool, they were happy. For the price, it wasn't that bad. Management just needs to be able to fix the Internet when it goes down as no one new what to do. read more

I went to CA for a wedding. It was inexspensive and close were I needed to be. I wasn't really there during the days since I was with friends most of the time. I didn't have a problem sleeping, it was pretty quiet. I only had a couple of issues. 1. I had to take a cold shower since the hot water was broken in my shower. 2. The breakfast started at 6 and ended at 9, which is great for business travelers not so great for some one on vacation that would like to sleep in and still enjoy the breakfast. read more

The hotel lobby was nice and so was the outside of the hotel. When we went inside the hotel hallways to find our rooms they were nice but when we got to the room the room was very cramp. The beds were to firm and hard it was impossible to sleep on them. Other problems were the sink stopper didn't work neither did the bathtub stopper work to plug the holes. Out of all the problems the only thing that was good was the cleanliness and nice hotel workers. read more

Everything was fine with the hotel except the bed. We were so uncomfortable the 3 nights we stayed. We actually went out on the last night and bought an air bed to put on top of the bed. That helped a little but not much. It was like sleeping on the floor. I will not stay there again. Everything else was fine.
