Larger lobby and elevator. Clean and comfortable.
Fridge in the room, but no microwave (but one downstairs).

It looks fairly new and was clean and quiet. It has no pool, which we knew when we booked as we (our kids) wouldn't have time to use one anyway as we arrived late and left early. I would stay there again under similar circumstance.

Easy room access from parking lot.
Getting into the parking lot from street was horrible.

All in all a pleasant hotel. Staff is super friendly and rooms are very clean. Parking is at a minimum though. Access to hotel from street is a little scary to maneuver through. Parking lot was used as a street for some people not staying at hotel.
